After Hours Clinics

ATTENTION: Do not come to the clinic if you have cold symptoms or want to be checked for COVID-19. 

If you are concerned about symptoms of COVID-19, you can go online to check your symptoms on Ontario's COVID-19 Assessment Tool. If you meet the criteria for testing on the self-assessment tool, you should go to the nearest assessment centre. For a listing of other assessment centres please click here.

If you are experiencing worsening symptoms such as shortness of breath, chest pain, or light headedness please visit your local emergency department but call before you go

If you are sick or have travelled outside of Canada you must follow the protocol of self isolation for 14 days.

Brockville

Patients can make an after-hours appointment through your Family Physician, with service at the 5 Home Street location. The after-hours clinic is by appointment only as the clinic is generally fully booked.  The after-hours clinic is designed to help patients who may not be able to obtain an appointment with their own physician during regular office hours for urgent medical issues that do not require an ER visit.  Generally this is not for refills of scheduled medications or for completion of WSIB paperwork.  

After hours clinic (5 Home Street, Brockville):

At this clinic, patients are seen by one of the group’s physicians. Appointments are made by contacting the regular physician’s office during the day or by contacting Telehealth Ontario after hours, who may refer you to the clinic.  

What if I get sick outside of the usual clinic hours?

The Upper Canada Family Health Team (UCFHT) offers an after-hours number to a Telehealth Registered Nurse, who will provide advice about your urgent health care concerns.
